We recently installed a V-1504 Plexiglass Enclosure (PE) vertical platform lift for Felician Sisters Sanctuary in New Jersey.
The Challenge
The client wanted to improve access to the main entrance to the sanctuary. We had to decide on a safe and reliable mobility solution that was ideal for outdoor use.
The Solution
Our team was able to choose the right mobility option for this client keeping in mind the structure of the building and the client’s needs. We installed V-1504 Plexiglass Enclosure (PE) with Dome Top for this institution of Felician sisters. Manufactured by Savaria, this hydraulic vertical platform lift is designed to accommodate a wheelchair user or a person with impaired mobility. This enclosed model uses aluminum and acrylic inserts and top dome with corrosion-resistant steel components, making it ideal for outdoor applications. Optionally, this model can be ordered with tempered or laminated glass panels. The active ventilation system keeps the inside comfortable and the gates and door can be motorized. It has an extremely versatile design, and can be configured and customized to suit any project requirements and aesthetic needs.
