Moving or transferring products and supplies from one level to another is an ardous task and factories, warehouses, industrial plants and other institutions rely on material lifts to do so. Reliable manufacturers of accessibility devices in New Jersey offer premium quality material lifts from PFlow Industries. Equipped with modern features, these lifts can be customized to suit specific requirements. Ideal for mezzanine, balcony, and other two-level applications, PFlow hydraulic lifts are suitable for indoor and outdoor applications.

PFlow Hydraulic Lifts – Available in Two Models

PFlow hydraulic lifts conform to ASME B20.1 Safety Standards and offer a cost-effective and safe way to move materials up or down one level. Available in two models – the 21 series and D series – these hydraulic material lifts offer reliable vertical transportation for a variety of applications and are available in straddle and cantilever designs. These units are fully protected with steel mesh sides, and hydraulic cylinders, hoses, fail safe velocity fuses, lifting chains and safety cams and feature heavy-duty construction and advanced safety technology.

  • 21 Series – With a 2-post design, this hydraulic material lift is ideal for transferring medium to larger loads and can be easily installed for through-floor, interior and exterior applications. It moves materials between two levels. Key applications include industrial facilities and warehouses. The carriage is equipped with safety rails on non-operating sides and safety chains or diagonal drop bars on operating ends. Other standard features include –
    • Vertical rise – 22′
    • Standard travel speed – 24 FPM
    • Load capacity – 8,000 lbs
    • Carriage sizes – up to 12’x10′
  • D Series – Ideal for mezzanine and balcony applications, this system involves low maintenance. This hydraulic vertical lift can be easily installed within through-floor and empty elevator shafts. Featuring a Guided Dual-Pak design, it has no cables, chains, sheaves, sprockets, bearings or other components that can break or require lubrication for long-term performance. The remote mounted control panel and motor are pre-wired and ready for immediate installation. Other top features include –
    • Conforms to ASME B20.1 Safety Standards
    • Standard vertical rise to 15′
    • Standard travel speed is 17 FPM
    • Lifts loads up to 4,000 lbs
    • Indoor or outdoor use
