The 44-story office building is currently being constructed at 801 Fifth Avenue in Seattle’s central business district leasable office space of around 528,000 square feet.
One of the most prominent attractions of the high-rise building, which is set to open in the year 2017, will be a total of 19 gearless traction elevators. The 6 Mono-Space Machine Room-Less (MRL) elevators and 13 Mini-Space elevators will travel at a maximum speed of 1,200 feet per minute, making them the fastest elevators in the world.
